Over time, we have been asked similar questions by customers. Here are some answers which may provide you with useful information:

 

What are the benefits of using PayPal?

PayPal is a safe, fast, efficient and more secure way to pay online. Your personal details are retained for later secure log in, safeguarding your bank, credit or debit card details. Financial details are never shared or stored.

I don't have a PayPal account, can I still make purchases from your website?No_PayPal_account.PNG

Yes. Whilst we would recommend these services for their speed and convenience, PayPal allows you to proceed without creating an account. If you follow your order through and choose PayPal as your payment method, you will then be redirected to their site. From here you can use standard debit and credit cards without having an account.

 

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are as follows:

  • £3.95 for all UK based deliveries (3-5 working days)
  • £4.95 for all European Union countries
  • Please contact us for all Non-EU-based countries (Worldwide) to confirm if we are able to delivery to a specific country. 
    Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to BFPO and PO Box addresses at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 

 

Refunds

I have ordered an item(s) of jewellery but have since changed my mind. This is no problem. All you need to do is return the unworn item in its original packaging within 10 working days from receipt of item and we will refund your account. Should there be any evidence that the item has been worn or is not in the same condition as dispatched we will be unable to offer a refund. This is not applicable for damaged items where a full refund or credit note will be offered.  

We are unfortunately unable to refund any delivery costs.

Unfortunately, in the interest of hygiene we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on earrings or body jewellery or any items that have been worn. We hope you understand.
