Delivery costs are as follows:

  • £3.95 for all UK based deliveries (3-5 working days)
  • £4.95 for all European Union countries

Please contact us for all Non-EU-based countries (Worldwide) to confirm if we are able to delivery to a specific country. 
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to BFPO and PO Box addresses at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Your item will arrive within 1-5 working days from the date of the order. Please be aware that that delivery times may take longer dependant on time of year.  


You will inspect products within 7 Days after their receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us that you want to cancel your order or you notify us that the products are faulty.

If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.

Returns and Faulty Goods

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 14 working days from the day after purchase. We are unable to return and cancel orders after this period. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until they are received by us. 
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. We are unable to refund the original delivery charge.
To cancel your order you must notify us by email, or in writing.
If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.

If you have received the goods before you cancel the order then you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk, in the original packaging and condition. 

Please contact us for the returns address. 
Please pack the items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include a copy of the packing note included in the package we sent to you and a brief note of the reason for return.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited by us from your payment card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. 
If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within 7 days.
